Overview

Koperasi Jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan is a member-focused cooperative platform that brings together organizational information, membership services, and business-unit offerings in one digital experience.

Challenge

The website needed to communicate a large amount of information without feeling bureaucratic or difficult to navigate. Services such as savings, loans, procurement, and retail had to remain easy to understand while maintaining a trustworthy and institutional visual identity.

Approach

I structured the experience around clear information hierarchy and service discovery. Strong typography, deep blue tones, green service accents, and modular cards were used to make important information easier to scan.

The responsive layout was designed so members could access essential information comfortably across desktop and mobile, while preserving the same visual hierarchy and sense of credibility.
